The moment that I saw the title on the open call announcement on facebook, my mind went directly to the artwork that I had just completed, “Entanglement”.
“Entanglement” is all about the invisible connection of trees – there is a theory that all trees communicate with each other – and the hidden power (of physics) the Quantum Entanglement. So, actually, my artwork is about the visible, the trees, and the invisible the white – left blank – “channels” that connect them together, all the while surrounded by the golden magic glue that exists all arounds us, even though we tend to think of everything as separate entities. Hence, seeing the title, was like a direct call for me to participate.

Aside from the artistic value of the whole event, this exhibition was the perfect occasion for me to see many of my beloved friends and family that live in Athens and whom I don’t get to see as often as I would like to. So, I was partly present at the exhibition with my fellow artists and partly exchanging news and love with my friends 🙂
